About ElectrifyRadar

ElectrifyRadar is a directory of residential heat pump and ductless mini-split installers. It covers Massachusetts, Maine, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, California, and Minnesota.

The point of the site is ownership transparency. Other finders emphasize licenses, insurance, and quote requests. This one also says whether a published brand list identifies the business as platform-owned or a franchise. If we cannot support that, the label is “Ownership: unverified.” We do not mark a business independent without evidence.

Listings are rebuilt from public program files and, for Minnesota, a public license export. Each profile names the source and the date it was checked. We do not invent installers, phone numbers, ratings, or counts.

Paid featured listings are a field in the data and are turned off. The quote form emails the publisher. It is not a lead sold to a contractor.

How the files are chosen and how often they are refreshed is on the methodology page.
